Need extra time? for 2 hours, there is an additional charge of £10. Anything over 2 hours will be considered as daycare charge of £30 or for 2 dogs its £50. Latest pick up time is 4pm 

We begin with a Meet & Greet at our home to ensure your dog feels comfortable in our environment and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions.

Before the Meet & Greet, please:

• Complete our Meet & Greet Form
• Provide proof of up-to-date yearly vaccinations, including the Kennel Cough vaccine

This helps ensure the safety, health, and happiness of all dogs in our care.

If the Meet & Greet goes well and your booking is longer than 3 nights, we’ll arrange a trial night to make sure your dog settles comfortably and is a good fit for our home environment.

For stays of 3 nights or less, a trial night is not required. However, it’s very important that owners are fully honest on forms and during the Meet & Greet, particularly if their dog:

• Shows aggression
• Resource guards
• Barks excessively
• Has separation anxiety
• Has any other behavioural concerns

⚠️ Failure to disclose important behavioural issues may result in early termination of the stay to protect the wellbeing of all dogs in our care.

To finalise your booking, please complete the following:

• Fill out the Registration Form and agree to our Terms & Conditions
• Email photo copies of completed forms and vaccination records
• Bring original copies with you on the day of boarding

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all stays
• The remaining balance is due 1 month before the boarding start date
• For stays of 3 nights or less, full payment is due the day before boarding begins

• Trial nights are required for all stays longer than 3 nights
• Meet & Greets are required before all first stays
• Owners provide food to help keep routines consistent
• Limited spaces available throughout the year
• Peak holiday periods book up quickly
• Drop-off and collection times are arranged in advance

 Wag & Stay is based in the quiet village of Ashingdon, Rochford, conveniently located for owners across Rochford, Hockley, Rayleigh, Southend, and the surrounding areas. Our home setting offers a calm and relaxed environment away from busy main roads, with easy drop-off and collection access available for customers. 

 Our pricing reflects the time, care, and attention each dog receives during their stay with us. All daycare and boarding stays include a minimum 1-hour walk each day, alongside companionship, playtime, supervision, and a relaxed home-from-home environment.

We also offer discounts for multiple dogs from the same household, as well as savings for regular daycare bookings and longer boarding stays.
