pROCESS
1. Meet & Greet at Our Home
We begin with a Meet & Greet at our home to ensure your dog feels comfortable in our environment and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions.
Before the Meet & Greet, please:
- Complete our Meet & Greet Form
- Provide proof of up to date yearly vaccinations, including the Kennel Cough vaccine
This step ensures the safety, health, and happiness of all dogs in our care.
2. Trial Night (For Stays Over 3 Nights)
If the Meet & Greet goes well and your booking is longer than 3 nights, we’ll arrange a trial night to ensure your dog settles in comfortably and is a good fit for our home.

3. No Trial Needed (For Stays 3 Nights or Less)
For stays 3 nights or less, a trial night is not required. However, it’s very important that you are completely honest on your forms and during the Meet & Greet — particularly if your dog:
- Shows aggression
- Resource guards
- Barks excessively
- Has other behavioural concerns
⚠️ Failure to disclose important behavioural issues may result in early termination of the stay to protect the well being of all dogs in our care.
4. Forms & Payment
To finalise your booking, please complete the following steps:
- Fill out the Registration Form and agree to our Terms & Conditions
- Email photo copies of all completed forms and vaccination records
- Bring original copies with you on the day of boarding
Payment Terms:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all stays
- The remaining balance is due 1 month before the boarding start date
- For stays of 3 nights or less, full payment is due the day before boarding begins
