Mack the boss
Meet Mack, the boss of Wag & Stay. At 3 years old, this golden retriever is more than just our resident dog, he’s the heart, soul, and spark behind everything we do. Mack has truly won the doggy lottery, he spends his days surrounded by dogs of all shapes and sizes, making new friends, and leading the pack on daily walks through the local country park. With a social life that puts his humans to shame, he’s always up for a play, a cuddle, or an adventure. Quite simply, Wag & Stay wouldn’t exist without him, he’s the reason we started, and the reason we smile every day.
About us
We’re a small, young family who absolutely idolise our dogs, they’re at the heart of everything we do.
Marty (owner) left a full time job in Human Resources to become a stay at home mum, but quickly realised she needed something of her own, something meaningful. That’s when dog boarding found her, and she’s never looked back.
We offer a loving, home from home boarding experience where your dog becomes part of our family during their stay. With a toddler and a golden retriever who are our entire world, our home is full of laughter, play, and unconditional love.
Whether it’s cuddles on the couch, games in the garden, or peaceful nap time in a safe space, we treat every dog like they’re one of our own.
A home from home Fully Licensed and Insured boarding facility
We are licensed through the London Borough of Havering for dog boarding and dog day care. We are also fully insured for the same activities, including transportation of animals. Our dog boarding and day care facility is in our home, ensuring that your dog is comfortable and well-cared for. Our License & Insurance are displayed in our home, you can view this whilst here on your meet & greet.
